At the gateway to Strijp-S stands BOLD, the office building that marks the entrance to the district. Its robust architecture—defined by concrete frames and large windows—pays tribute to the site’s industrial heritage.

Connection is the central theme of the design: bringing together structures, spaces, and people across different scales. In this way, the building serves as a link between the city and Strijp-S. Positioned perpendicular to PSV-laan, it will soon be the first building you see as you enter Strijp-S from the city.
