Sixty5 is a modern, light-filled residential building with 105 rental apartments and a striking stepped terrace façade. Its high-quality architecture, finished with precast concrete façade elements, visually connects Sixty5 to the historic factory buildings of Strijp-S.

Some of the homes feature large private terraces, while others have loggias or terraces facing the (semi-)public space. One-third of the apartments measure between 50 and 75 m², with the rest around 100 m². At the top are two penthouses, each nearly 220 m². All homes boast high ceilings.
