Vested in the former NatLab (Philips Physics Laboratory) in Strijp-S in Eindhoven, Baltan Laboratories initiates and spreads innovative research and activities in the fields of art/design, technology and science.

Functioning as an intersection for artists and designers working with technology in Eindhoven and outside of it, Baltan Laboratories actively works to develop new, interdisciplinary cooperative connections. Baltan is both a network and a methodology. The lab is seen both as a way of working and a place where pioneering ideas can merge with the unknown in a spirit of free thinking.
