The escalator model makes it easy to take the next step in your living/work career at Strijp-S. The escalator model enables people to ‘get on,’ ‘grow,’ and ‘stay’ in Donna. The 1st to the 6th floors will consist of freely dividable office spaces of approximately 12,500 m2, available for rent. The 7th to the 11th floors will be living and/or working lofts, with a communal outdoor space on the 7th floor.
