What is a drinks voucher?
If you live or work in Strijp-S, you can apply for a voucher worth two free drinks. Registration is required.

How does it work?
At the event, show your ID and voucher to receive two drink tokens (worth €3.75 each). Tokens can be used at the bar. Please note: vouchers are personal and non-transferable.

How do I apply?
Use the QR code in the invitation delivered to your mailbox in early September. After verification, your voucher will be sent to your email on Thursday 18 September.

I signed up with the QR code – when do I get my voucher?
On Thursday 18 September, after your details have been checked.

I didn’t receive an invitation – what now?
If you live or work in Strijp-S but didn’t get one, ask your neighbours for their invitation.

When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes Tuesday 16 September. Unfortunately, due to verification and expected high demand, we cannot process late registrations.

I lost my voucher – what do I do?
Contact Weeztix via this link.

Can I register as a business?
Yes! Register via the business button on the website. You’ll receive one drinks voucher for the whole company.

Can my company buy extra tokens?
Yes, at the voucher exchange point on the day itself.

Can I buy extra drinks?
Yes, drinks are available at the bar.

Cash or card?
The event is card-only.

Is food available?
Yes, we’ll be serving bites, and there will be one or more food trucks (vegetarian options included).

Reusable cups?
Yes, we use the Eindhoven Cup. More info: www.eindhoven-cup.nl. Already have one? Bring it along – it’s valid here too. Together we keep Eindhoven clean!

How do I get there?
Use Ketelhuisplein, Eindhoven in your navigation.

By public transport?
Yes, via Strijp-S station or buses stopping at the Trudo Tower.

Parking?
Paid parking is available nearby, including some wheelchair spaces.

Bike parking?
There is no dedicated bike parking for the event.

Can I leave and come back?
Yes, the square is public and freely accessible.

Can I bring my pet?
Only service dogs are allowed.

Will there be security checks?
Random checks may be carried out.

Can I bring my own food/drinks?
No, this is not allowed and will be enforced.

What is not allowed?

Will there be security and first aid?
Yes, both will be present.

Is the event free?
Yes!

Who can I bring?
Everyone is welcome.

Is it indoors or outdoors?
Outdoors, with a large canopy in case of rain.

Will photos and videos be taken?
Yes, and may be used for social media and communication by the organisers.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the square is flat and paved, and an accessible toilet is available.

What should I bring?
Your ID (for age check) – and a good mood!

Are there lockers or a cloakroom?
No, so please avoid bringing valuables.

What if the weather is bad?
In case of extreme weather, the event will move indoors to the Klokgebouw.
